12个不同类型栽培稻品种的干种子经120-480Gy~(137)Csγ射线辐照后,根尖细胞有丝分裂指数(MI)和微核细胞率分别与照射剂量呈显著相关。随着辐照剂量的增加,有丝分裂指数下降。微核细胞率增加。协方差分析表明,不同类型栽培稻的辐射细胞学效应差异不显著,而品种间差异显著,因此在辐射育种选择亲代材料时,应考虑其辐射敏感性。
After irradiation of 120-480Gy ~ (137) Csγ-ray, the mitotic index (MI) and micronucleus rate of root tip cells of 12 different types of cultivated rice varieties were significantly correlated with the irradiation dose. Mitochondrial index decreased with increasing radiation dose. The rate of micronucleated cells is increased. Covariance analysis showed that there was no significant difference in radiation cytology among cultivars of different cultivars, but there was significant difference among cultivars. Therefore, the radiosensitivity should be considered in the selection of parental material for radiation breeding.
