外宣新闻节目的功能既包括报道新闻事件,也包括向国外观众介绍国家间交流遵循的规则和国际事件发生的背景与规律,因此这就离不开国际法理的宣传与普及。本文通过对我国外宣新闻节目在国际法理普及和宣传上不足的分析,提出了外宣新闻节目普及和宣传国际法理的途径。
The function of the propaganda news program includes not only the coverage of news events but also the introduction of foreign observers to the rules followed by exchanges between countries and the background and laws of international events. Therefore, this can not be separated from the propaganda and popularization of international jurisprudence. Based on the analysis of the inadequacies of the popularization and publicity of the international legal news in our country, this paper puts forward the ways of popularizing and propagating the international jurisprudence through the news propaganda program.
