目的建立利用气相色谱同时测定工作场所中叔丁醇、正丙醇、异丁醇和正丁醇的方法。方法用活性炭管采样,二硫化碳解吸,DB-WAX(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,标准曲线法定量。结果 4种醇在5.0μg/ml~5 300μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关性系数均在0.9999以上,检出限为1.5μg/ml~1.6μg/ml。以1.5 L采样量计算对应于空气中的最低检出浓度为1.0 mg/m3~1.1 mg/m3,定量检出浓度为3.4 mg/m3~3.5 mg/m3,解吸效率为77.8%~89.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均<3.0%。高、中、低浓度的重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)均<1.0%。结论建立的方法准确、灵敏、可靠,可应用于工作场所空气中4种醇的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of t-butanol, n-propanol, isobutanol and n-butanol in the workplace by gas chromatography. Methods The samples were taken from activated carbon tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide, separated by capillary column of DB-WAX (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), detected by flame ionization detector and quantified by standard curve method. Results The four alcohols showed a good linearity in the range of 5.0μg / ml ~ 5 300μg / ml. The correlation coefficient was above 0.9999 with the detection limit of 1.5μg / ml ~ 1.6μg / ml. The minimum detectable concentration in the air of 1.0 mg / m3 ~ 1.1 mg / m3 was calculated with a sample volume of 1.5 L and the quantitative detection limit was 3.4 mg / m3 ~ 3.5 mg / m3. The desorption efficiency was 77.8% ~ 89.4% The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were <3.0%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of repeated measurements of high, medium and low concentrations were <1.0%. Conclusion The established method is accurate, sensitive and reliable and can be applied to the simultaneous determination of four alcohols in the air of workplace.
