市场经济快速发展影响下,企业思政工作建设传统工作模式、管理体制已无法适应新时期工作需要。因此,应树立与时俱进、不断创新的工作理念,开展思政文化建设,使其真正发挥自身优势,进而有效的服务于经济管理,提升综合效益水平。本文由企业思想政治文化建设的创新理念入手,探讨了思政文化建设工作的主要内容,并研究了创新发展的科学策略方式。对强化企业综合竞争力,有重要的实践意义。
Under the influence of the rapid development of market economy, the enterprise’s ideological and political work has built a traditional working model and the management system has been unable to meet the needs of the work in the new era. Therefore, we should establish a working concept of advancing with the times and continuously innovating, carry out ideological and cultural construction so that it can truly exert its own advantages so as to effectively serve economic management and raise the overall efficiency level. This article starts with the innovative idea of ideological and political culture construction in enterprises, probes into the main contents of ideological and political culture construction, and studies the scientific tactics of innovation and development. To strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, there is an important practical significance.
