本文回顾和总结了力量训练对老年人健康体适能(心肺适能、肌肉适能、柔韧适能、身体成分)的影响。为力量训练能够成为老年人预防疾病、强身健体的主要锻炼方式提供借鉴和理论支撑。
This article reviews and summarizes the effects of strength training on physical fitness (cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitness, flexibility, body composition) in the elderly. It can provide reference and theoretical support for the training of strength that can become the main training methods for the elderly in preventing diseases and physical fitness.
