磺脲类降糖药长期应用会导致继发性失效的发生,而ATP敏感性K+通道亚基的SUR1和Kir6.2基因多态性与其继发性失效存在一定相关性。现就目前SUR1和Kir6.2基因多态性与磺脲类药物继发性失效的相关性研究作一简要综述。
Long-term use of sulfonylurea drugs can lead to secondary failure, while ATP-sensitive K + channel subunits of SUR1 and Kir6.2 gene polymorphisms and its secondary failure there is a certain correlation. A brief overview of the current studies on the relationship between SUR1 and Kir6.2 gene polymorphisms and the secondary failure of sulfonylureas is presented.
