改革开放以来，我国民营经济取得了长足的发展，在整个国民经济中已形成 一道亮丽的风景线，成为社会主义市场经济的一个重要的组成部分，为我国国民经济的持 续健康快速发展作出了贡献。但经过２０多年的发展，民营经济虽然在数量上有极大的增长， 但在企业规模和质量上却尚未取得突破性的进展。随着中国加入 ＷＴＯ，我国已正式登上世界 经济大舞台。如何抓住机遇不断清除障碍，实行创新，使民营经济在日益激烈的市场竞争 中产生质的飞跃，走出国门，冲向世界，创造更大的辉煌，这是人们普遍关注的问题。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s private economy has made great strides in its development. It has formed a beautiful landscape in the entire national economy and has become an important part of the socialist market economy. It has made its contribution to the sustained, healthy and rapid development of our national economy. However, after more than 20 years of development, although the private economy has enjoyed tremendous growth in number, no breakthrough has yet been made in the scale and quality of enterprises. With China’s accession to the WTO, our country has officially boarded the world economic arena. How to seize the opportunity to constantly remove obstacles and innovate so that the private economy can make a qualitative leap in the increasingly fierce market competition, go abroad, rush to the world and create greater glories is a problem of widespread concern.
