班干部足在班集体中表现突出,享有一定威信的学生代表。他们生活在同学之中,熟悉本班同学的思想状况、学习态度、学习能力。因此,加强对班干部的管理与指导,发挥他们在班级管理中的积极性、主动性和创造性,是班主任搞好一个班级工作必须认真研究的问题。那么如何发挥班干部在班级管理中的作用呢?我认为首先是明确班干部的工作职责,增强班干部的工作自觉性。具体做法是:1.计划目标引导,职责分工到位。每一学期,我总是根据班主任的工作计划,提出班级工作目标,并要求班委干部依此也制订出班委工作计划和各项奋斗目标,协助班主任搞好班级中各种事务。与此同时,班委成员明确分工,各司其职,并制定相应的班委会务制度,让每一位干部都能充分发挥自己的聪明才智。
