随着医学科学研究及临床实践的深入发展,很多学者认为人类健康问题应从人体本身和周围环境各方面因索加以综合分析,进行判断,才能正确了解其情况并采取对策,预防疾病,提高健康素质。医学模式从生物医学模式逐步转变为生物—心理—社会医学模式。因此,探讨职业活动与健康的关系,已引起了医务界的重视。“职业医学”这一专业,是在这些基础上提出来的。 一、“职业医学”的含义,对此,尚有不同的意见。我们从近年来有关职业活动的某些特点,讨论以下问题。
With the deepening development of medical science research and clinical practice, many scholars think that the human health problems should be judged synthetically from all aspects of the human body and the surrounding environment, so as to correctly understand the situation and take countermeasures to prevent the disease and improve the health quality . Medical model from the biomedical model gradually transformed into bio-psycho-social medical model. Therefore, exploring the relationship between occupational activities and health has drawn the attention of the medical profession. The profession of “occupational medicine” is put forward on these grounds. First, the meaning of “occupational medicine”, there are still different opinions. We discuss the following issues from some of the characteristics of occupational activities in recent years.
