我院于1984年和1986年,收治因误用高渗糖溶液诱发糖尿病昏迷的患者各1例,1例抢救成功,另1例抢救无效死亡。现报告如下; 例1:女,38岁。1983年10月因尿失禁,口渴多饮,本单位按“膀胱炎”用抗菌素治疗,症状无明显好转。半年来体重下降10多公斤。因消瘦、乏力,精不佳,本单位多次静推高渗糖溶液,病情逐渐加重。1984年4月3日又给静推高渗糖溶液60ml,导致昏迷,急来我院抢救。
In our hospital in 1984 and 1986, we treated 1 patient with diabetic coma induced by hypertonic glucose solution. One patient was successfully treated and the other was ineffective. The report is as follows; Example 1: Female, 38 years old. October 1983 due to incontinence, thirsty drink, the unit according to “cystitis” with antibiotics, no significant improvement in symptoms. Weight loss over the past six months more than 10 kilograms. Due to weight loss, fatigue, poor quality, the unit repeatedly push hypertonic sugar solution, the condition gradually aggravated. April 3, 1984 gave static push hypertonic sugar solution 60ml, resulting in coma, urgent emergency treatment in our hospital.
