我厂胡志毅同志根据宽头刨刀的原理,改进了一种强力刨刀,使生产效率提高了50％左右。刀具的几何形状如附图所示。刀杆材料用45号钢,刀片用硬质合金BK_8。双刃强力刨刀的特点:1)刨刀有两个切削刃,主偏角为60°的切削刃用作粗刨刀;副偏角为30°的切削刃用作精刨刀。需要粗精刨的工件,加工时可以不必调换刀子,节省辅助时间。2)刀头上有3～6公厘的修光刃,可以加大走刀量1～2公厘。3)制造简单,只要将普通尖头刨刀的几何形状改一下就可以了。
