科研先导突出“内涵式发展”办学特色

山东省青岛胶州市第七中学(原名胶州市振华中学)多年来,坚持发扬“追求卓越,敢为人先”的精神,遵循以学生发展为本的办学理念,以教育科研为先导,规范科研管理,使学校教育教学质量和管理水平不断跃上新台阶。近三年中考各项升学指标一直名列胶州市同类学校之首。三年中两次考出中考状元,九个中考学科三次取得七科第一、总平均分第一的好成绩。学校赢得了广泛的社会赞誉,已成为一所让学生成才,家长放心、社会满意的教育名牌学校。荣获山东省规范化学校、山东省素质教育实验学校、山东省教育科研重点实验基地、青岛市教育改革十面红旗、青岛市特色学校。一、规范科研管理,提高教师科研能力多年来,学校坚信“科研是教育第一生产力”。为使这一观念变成教师的自觉行动,学校采取了八条措施:一是要求教师按照“科研六步曲”(①选准课题②积累资料③制定计划④控制实践⑤作品写作⑥成果推广)的要求,努力把教育教学过程升华为科研过程。二是指导教师用好控制论,用控制论理论指导科研和各项工作:①依据教育教学工作目标②制定实现工作目标的系列措施③掌握科研和工作进程,发扬优点,娇正失误④以科学标准验证科研工作结果并做出结论⑤在获得成效的基础上设计新的发展计划。三是重点培养,突出特色,发扬教科室成员的带头作用,鼓励优秀教师脱颖而出;同时发挥教研组集体研究的优势,深化学科课题研究,形成各学科教学特色。在此基础上,形成学校、教研组和个人三个层次的科研特色。四是学校还开展了“一带二”工程,即一名科研骨干带动二名普通教师共同参与研究,使教师在研究中共同提高。五是积极开展各种活动,在活动中提高教师素 Over the years, the 7th Middle School of Jiaozhou, Shandong (formerly Zhenhua High School of Jiaozhou) has adhered to the spirit of “promoting excellence, daring to be the first,” following the principle of running a school based on student development, taking education and scientific research as the guide, Standardize scientific research management, so that the quality of school education and management continue to leapt to a new level.
