正在修建的北京某地铁车站,为实现新老车站之间的换乘,需对既有车站出入口结构进行改造。在对西北出入口改造工程中,根据设计要求,需要在既有出入口附近修建一新的换乘厅以及一风道结构。新修建换乘厅使用明挖法修建,风道结构下穿既有车站结构,两者最近相距只有27.9cm,十分接近。以上所述施工都会引起既有车站结构的剧烈变形,因此在开挖过程中对沉降控制十分严格。针对该工程,对开挖过程进行了数值模拟分析,分析了开挖过程对既有车站结构变形的影响。随后分析了风道开挖方向以及风道结构顶部有无注浆对既有车站结构变形的影响。研究结论对于设计与施工具有一定的参考价值。
A subway station under construction in Beijing, in order to achieve the transfer between the old and new stations, the existing station entrance structure needs to be transformed. In the northwest entrance reconstruction project, according to the design requirements, the need to build a new interchange near the existing entrance hall and a duct structure. The newly built transfer hall was constructed using the open cut method and the structure of the air duct underneath the existing station structure was only 27.9 cm apart recently, which is very close. The above-mentioned construction will cause the violent deformation of the existing station structure, so the control of settlement in the excavation process is very strict. According to the project, the excavation process is simulated by numerical simulation, and the influence of excavation process on the deformation of the existing stations is analyzed. Then the direction of tunnel excavation and the effect of grouting on the top of duct structure on the deformation of existing stations are analyzed. The conclusions of the study have certain reference value for design and construction.
