本文报道了肺癌术前放疗26例,其中手术切除24洌。为了探讨放疗对癌细胞损伤机理和选择放疗的剂量,作者做了临床方面、X线胸片回缩率、组织病理及超微结构的观察。对26例患者采用术前放疗,取得了较好的效果,提高了手术切除率(92.3%),无手术死亡及手术合并症。近期疗效比同期单纯手术1年存活 This article reported 26 cases of preoperative radiotherapy for lung cancer, including surgical resection of 24 cases. In order to investigate the mechanism of radiotherapy and the dose of radiotherapy for cancer cells, the authors made clinical observation, chest X-ray retraction rate, histopathology and ultrastructure observation. The use of preoperative radiotherapy in 26 patients achieved good results, improved surgical resection rate (92.3%), no operative mortality and surgical complications. Short-term curative effect surpasses the one-year survival rate in the same period
