受国家防汛办公室、水利部委托,由中国水利学会岩土力学专业委员会和长江水利委员会联合主持的《全国土工织物在防洪抢险中的应用经验交流会》于1989年11月23日在武汉市召开。全国29个省(市)水利部门及有关科研、大专院校代表90人出席会议,国内部份的生产土工织物厂家列席,水利部、国家防总的负责同志王守强副部长亲临指导。会议期间听取了四个专题报告和各地区典型工程实例介绍,并组织讨论。会议收到交流资料40余篇,内容
By the State Flood Control Office, commissioned by the Ministry of Water Resources, Geotechnical Engineering Committee of China Water Resources Society and the Yangtze River Conservancy Commission co-chaired the “National Geotextile in Flood Control and Emergency Response Experience” was held in November 23, 1989 in Wuhan City . Ninety-nine water conservancy departments of 29 provinces (municipalities) and related scientific research institutes and universities and colleges attended the meeting. Some domestic geotextile manufacturers attended the meeting. Vice Minister Wang Shouqiang, the responsible comrade of the Ministry of Water Resources and National Defense, came to visit the country.
