近年来我国图书馆行业不断进行服务创新,更多除自身图书资源之外的服务类资源不断涌现。图书馆由储藏图书的知识库转变为知识服务型中心,如果依旧按照传统模式进行内部管理,很难实现各类知识之间的互通互融。笔者以自身所在的服务型图书馆为例,探讨现代化图书馆应该确立怎样的发展目标、形成怎样的服务理念以及具体实现方式。
In recent years, China’s library industry continues to innovate its services, and more service resources aside from its own library resources continue to emerge. The library is transformed from a knowledge base of storing books into a knowledge service center. If the internal management is still carried out according to the traditional mode, it is very difficult to realize the intercommunication and integration of various kinds of knowledge. The author takes its own service library as an example to explore what kind of development goals should be established by modern libraries and what kind of service philosophy should be formed and how to realize them.
