一、正视现状,小城镇旧城改造中存在的问题及原因诸多。 地处江淮平原东部的盐城市,下辖8个县(市)和两个区,城镇建设在近10多年来有了长足的进步,基础设施得到了加强、特色建筑不断增多、市容市貌得到有效改观、投资环境得到了进一步优化。但也应看到我们同苏中、苏南地区的差距还在拉大,特别是旧城改造速度
First, facing the current situation, there are many problems and causes in the transformation of old towns in small cities and towns. Located in Yancheng City in the east of the Jianghuai Plain, it has eight counties (cities) and two districts. Town development has made great progress in the past 10 years. Infrastructure has been strengthened, characteristic buildings have increased, and the city has been acquired. The effective improvement and investment environment have been further optimized. However, we should also see that the gap between us and the Central and Southern Jiangsu regions is still widening, especially the speed of transformation of old cities.
