文化创意产业作为促进国家经济发展的新兴支柱产业,应在注重经济效益的同时加大其以人为本的社会效益。让其在创意文化反映民情、民意角度,在带动社会正能量角度,在提供长久文化造福子孙角度,在推进优秀传统文化创造新文化角度发挥其不可替代的为大众服务的热情和力量。在对于文化创意产业更好更快发展方面,采取人才培养、资金支持、政策扶持、开拓市场和建立品牌等措施使文化创意产业在服务我国人民的基础上走出国门、走向世界。
As a new pillar industry to promote the national economic development, cultural and creative industries should pay more attention to economic benefits and at the same time increase their people-oriented social benefits.
