直通式隧道烤箱广泛应用在钢制部件表面油漆的烘干固化上,从自行车、电冰箱、洗衣机到钢管家具零部件,使用着各种规格的直通式烤箱。这种烤箱虽然结构简单,与流水线衔接容易,维修方便,但存在的最大弱点是:1.箱内温度不均匀,上下温差大,产品质量差,90Cm 高的工件两头烘烤温度相差88℃,造成上部油漆烘烤过大,下部不干。2.箱口跑气严重,热效率低,电耗大,成本高。据测试,一道箱耗电280度/时,而箱口跑出气体5250立方米/小时,损失电能122度/时。3.箱体箱口散发辐射时,使车间气温高,工人劳动条件差,据测,工人操作区温度高达35℃以上,不得不大量吹风进行降温。
Straight-through tunnel ovens are widely used in the drying and curing of paint on the surface of steel parts. From bicycles, refrigerators, washing machines to steel furniture parts, a variety of straight-through ovens are used. Although this oven has a simple structure, easy connection with the assembly line, and convenient maintenance, the biggest weaknesses are: 1. The temperature inside the box is not uniform, the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides is large, and the product quality is poor. The vents are serious and have low thermal efficiency, high power consumption and high cost.
