为了探明平菇对Cu胁迫的响应机制,研究了培养料中添加不同质量浓度Cu对平菇菌丝生长、原基诱导时间、产量、子实体品质和Cu含量的影响。结果表明,Cu对平菇菌丝生长、原基诱导时间、产量、子实体氨基酸、蛋白质、粗脂肪含量的影响具有显著的浓度效应。Cu质量浓度为1 500 mg/kg时,平菇菌丝生长速度最快,且原基比对照早2 d出现;Cu质量浓度为500 mg/kg时,平菇产量(干质量)最高;Cu质量浓度为1 000 mg/kg时,子实体氨基酸、蛋白质、粗脂肪含量均最高,分别为16.00%、24.88%、2.34%。而子实体菌柄和菌盖中Cu含量随着培养料中Cu质量浓度(0~3 000 mg/kg)的升高而增加。
In order to investigate the response mechanism of Pleurotus ostreatus to Cu stress, the effects of different concentrations of Cu on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, induction time of primordia, yield, fruiting body quality and Cu content were studied. The results showed that Cu had a significant concentration effect on the growth, initial induction time, yield, fruiting bodies of amino acids, protein, crude fat content of Pleurotus ostreatus. The results showed that the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus was the fastest with the concentration of 1 500 mg / kg Cu, and the primordia grew 2 days earlier than the control. The yield (dry mass) of Pleurotus ostreatus was the highest when Cu concentration was 500 mg / kg. At the concentration of 1 000 mg / kg, the contents of amino acids, protein and crude fat were the highest, which were 16.00%, 24.88% and 2.34% respectively. However, the content of Cu in fruiting body stipe and cap increased with the increase of Cu concentration (0-3000 mg / kg) in culture medium.
