随着网络信息时代的到来,微博问政成为了公众表达意见、参与政治活动的新形式,不仅有利于保障公民的监督权和言论自由权,而且有利于社会管理体制的创新。然而,受微博问政低门槛性、开放性、匿名性的影响,加之缺少法律制度的规范和保障,致使微博问政尚存在诸多缺陷。本文在介绍微博问政及其优势的基础上,对微博问政的规范化发展路径进行探讨。
With the advent of the Internet information era, microblogging politics has become a new form of public opinion and participation in political activities. It not only helps to safeguard citizens’ rights of supervision and freedom of speech, but also facilitates the innovation of social management system. However, due to the low threshold, openness and anonymity of microblogging politics, coupled with the lack of norms and safeguards of the legal system, there are still many shortcomings in the microblogging politics. Based on the introduction of micro-Bo politics and its advantages, this article discusses the standardized development of micro-Bo politics.
