为观察放射状角膜切开术简便公式的预测性，用与RK直接相关的切口条数、切口深度、视区大小和屈光度之间关系组成的BK术前简便计算公式，对118例（222眼）近视进行了术前预测和术后效果对照分析，随访时间为术后7－48月（平均30.7311．36月）。在低度组，随访视力较预测视力为好（P＜0．01），中度组无显著性差异（P＞0．05），在高度组预测性较差（P＜0．01）。作者认为本计算公式对低、中度近视预测性较高，简便实用。
In order to observe the predictability of the simple formula of radial keratotomy, BK preoperative simple calculation formula composed of the relationship between the number of incisions, the incision depth, the size of the optic nerve and the refraction, which was directly related to RK, Myopia were preoperative prediction and postoperative effects of controlled analysis, follow-up time for 7-48 months after surgery (average 30.7311.36 months).
