本文在简论理论研究与老年教育发展关系的基础上,紧密联系福建省老年教育工作实际,重点探索了加强老年教育理论研究的途径与方法,主要是:成立老年教育研究会,加强组织指导;与高校共建老年教育研究所,招收老年教育硕士研究生,培养较高层次专业研究人才;实行首席专家负责制,组建理论研究团队;将研究课题纳入全省社科科研总规划,获得经费支持等。运用理论研究助推老年教育发展的生动事实,进一步印证诠释了理论研究与老年教育的相互作用。
On the basis of a brief discussion on the relationship between theoretical research and the development of education for the aged, the paper probes into the actuality of the education for the aged in Fujian Province and focuses on ways and means of strengthening the theoretical research on the education of the elderly. The main contents are as follows: establishing the Association for the Education of the Elderly and strengthening the guidance of the organization; Establish a joint institute of higher education with the Institute of Gerontology, recruit postgraduates of postgraduate education for higher education, and train higher-level professional research personnel; implement a chief expert responsibility system and set up a theoretical research team; include research topics in the social science research plan of the province and obtain funding support . The use of theoretical research to promote the vivid development of education in the elderly, further confirms the interpretation of the interaction between theoretical research and education for the elderly.
