创办经济特区,是有中国特色的社会主义中最有特点的产物之一。我们的经济特区,尤其是深圳特区,越来越引起国内外人士的关注和兴趣。江泽民同志在十四大报告中,对经济特区作了充分的肯定,给予很高的评价。他指出,“兴办深圳、珠海、汕头、厦门四个经济特区是对外开放的重大步骤,是利用国外资金、技术、管理经验来发展社会主义经济的崭新试验,取得了很大成就。”深圳是全国最早创办的特区,取得成绩也更加瞩目。
The establishment of a special economic zone is one of the most characteristic products of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Our special economic zones, especially the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, have drawn increasing attention and interest from people both at home and abroad. In his report to the 14th National Congress, Comrade Jiang Zemin fully affirmed the special economic zones and gave high marks. He pointed out: “The establishment of the four special economic zones of Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shantou and Xiamen is a major step toward opening up to the outside world and a brand new experiment in using the experience of foreign capital, technology and management to develop the socialist economy.” " Shenzhen was one of the earliest SARs founded in the country and made even more remarkable achievements.
