高脂血症即高血脂,是指人体血清中脂质的浓度高于正常水平[1]。若血脂水平异常,易引发患者动脉粥样硬化、冠心病以及脑中风等疾病因此降低胆固醇、甘油三酯以及低密度脂蛋白水平将有利于降低粥样硬化的发生,降低心脑血管事件的发生[2]。选用正确的合理的口服降脂药是治疗高血脂症的关键所在。就2010-2012年某医院门诊药房口服降脂药的临床应用情况进行分析,为临床合理使用降脂药提供参考。
Hyperlipidemia or hyperlipidemia, refers to the human serum lipid concentrations higher than normal levels [1]. If abnormal blood lipids, easily lead to patients with atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and stroke and other diseases so lower cholesterol, triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein levels will help reduce the incidence of atherosclerosis and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events [2]. Selection of the right and reasonable oral lipid-lowering drugs is the key to the treatment of hyperlipidemia. The clinical application of oral lipid-lowering drugs in a hospital outpatient pharmacy during 2010-2012 was analyzed to provide a reference for the rational use of lipid-lowering drugs in clinic.
