用TCD脑梗塞患者共127例。作者体会可以监察颅内动脉血液动力学变化及血管功能状态,对疑患脑梗塞病的诊断,特别是对颅内大动脉病变的研究,具有独特的使用价值。而且也是治疗、随访及疗效评价的简便易行的检测手段。
A total of 127 patients with TCD cerebral infarction. The author can monitor the intracranial hemodynamic changes and vascular function of the state, the diagnosis of suspected cerebral infarction, especially for the study of intracranial aortic disease, has a unique value. But also for the treatment, follow-up and evaluation of the efficacy of simple and easy means of detection.
