文章以阳光体育运动为背景,在初中体育教学中引入了定向运动,同时进行了实验研究。研究发现:(1)身体形态指标方面实验班与对照班之间没有差异;(2)身体机能指标方面实验班与对照班之间均存在着差异;(3)定向运动能够促进男生的力量素质、速度素质、耐力素质的发展,能够促进女生的力量素质、耐力素质、柔韧灵敏性质;(4)定向运动对学生的体育行为的理解、对学习结果的认识以及对学习行为的情绪体验都有积极的促进作用。
Taking the sunlight sports as the background, the article introduces the directional movement in the junior high school physical education and conducts the experiment research at the same time.
