为了满足禹州地区经济发展运量增长对铁路运输的要求,需将窄轨铁路改建成准轨铁路。通过分析接轨站既有概况,对京广线许昌站和苏桥站两个接轨点的接轨方案进行研究。许昌和苏桥两个接轨点只作立交接入的方案研究;许昌接轨方案不仅影响城市交通,而且扩建工程量巨大,根本不可能实施;设交接场方案有空重车作业与京广正线无交叉干扰等运营优势;根据方案比选,推荐北咽喉接入,苏桥站接轨,苏桥西站交接方案为最终推荐方案。
