1992年10月在宁夏计量研究所召开了“无隙计数时频仪”科技成果鉴定会。会议认为该仪器除具有通用计数器的测频、测周期等功能外,还可根据需要任意设定闸门、时间、频率、周期或多周期的个数进行连续无间隙测量;也可作为标准时间信号源,根据需要输出时钟信号及时序信号。仪器中所采用的连续无间隙计数测量设计方案不但能连续无间隙测量,还能使连续测量中不丢失信号,提高了测量准确度。仪器所产生的可任意设定的时钟信号及可任意设定时序时间的24路时序信号,其技术指标达国内先进水平。仪器所输出的
