企业工程项目内部控制管理工作近年来逐渐成为了业界热议的话题。其终极目标是有效的防范工程项目中的差错和风险,合理保证工程项目的高质、高效完成。而就目前情况来看,随着工程项目规模的逐渐扩大以及市场环境的不断复杂化,工程项目在投建过程中暴露出很多问题和风险,加强对企业工程项目的内部控制管理力度显得尤为重要。所以本文从环境层面、执行层面、人员素质层面分析了企业项目工程内部控制中存在的问题;并就如何解决上述问题,优化企业项目工程的内部控制管理工作提出了有效的建议和意见。希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,在引起更多专业人士和业界人士关心和重视的基础上使得企业工程项目内部控制管理工作的绩效得到稳步的提高。
