以ESR波谱仪为工具,利用自旋捕集技术研究泥炭腐植酸与黄嘌呤氧化酶体系和人多形核白细胞呼吸暴发产生的超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~(-.))及Fenton反应生成的羟自由基(·OH)的相互作用,发现泥炭腐植酸不仅能够清除细胞体系产生的活性氧自由基,而且对化学反应生成的活性氧自由基也有明显的清除作用。为泥炭腐植酸的医药作用提供了理论依据,并讨论了不同方法对腐植酸与活性氧自由基相互作用的研究结果。
ESR spectrometer was used as a tool to study the effects of peat humic acid and xanthine oxidase system and superoxide anion radical (O 2 - (-)) and Fenton reaction generated by respiratory burst of human polymorphonuclear leukocyte Hydroxyl radical (· OH). It was found that peat humic acid can not only scavenge reactive oxygen species generated by cellular system, but also clear scavenging reactive oxygen species generated by chemical reaction. It provided the theoretical basis for the medicinal effect of humic acid on peat and discussed the research results of different methods on the interaction between humic acid and active oxygen free radicals.
