[目的]针对生防菌XM-10进行抑菌活性测试及鉴定,为该菌株开发成环境友好型生物制剂奠定基础。[方法]采用对峙培养法测试了其对小麦赤霉病、黄瓜枯萎病、苹果轮纹病、大豆菌核病等9种病原菌的抑菌活性,并根据其个体形态特征、培养性状以及16s rRNA序列分析进行了鉴定。[结果]结果表明XM-10菌株对供试的9种致病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,抑菌率在47.8%~87.6%之间,其中对小麦赤霉病菌和黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率分别达到了87.6%和83.7%,抑菌带在4.9~6.9 mm之间;经形态观察和16s rRNA序列分析将该菌株初步鉴定为黄灰链霉菌。[结论]生防菌XM-10的抑菌谱较广,为放线菌中的链霉菌属,在病害生物防治中具有良好的应用潜力和前景。
[Objective] To test and identify the antibacterial activity of biocontrol agent XM-10 and lay the foundation for the development of this strain into environmentally friendly biologics. [Method] The antibacterial activity against 9 pathogenic fungi of wheat scab, cucumber blight, apple ring rot and soybean sclerotinia were tested by confrontation culture method. According to their individual morphological characteristics, culture traits and 16s rRNA Sequence analysis was identified. [Result] The results showed that XM-10 strains inhibited the nine kinds of pathogenic bacteria tested to varying degrees, and the antibacterial rates ranged from 47.8% to 87.6%. Among them, the inhibition against Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium oxysporum f. The rates reached 87.6% and 83.7% respectively, and the antibacterial bands ranged from 4.9 to 6.9 mm. The strain was identified as Streptomyces griseus by morphological observation and 16s rRNA sequence analysis. [Conclusion] The antibacterial spectrum XM-10 had a wide range of antibacterial spectrum and was a genus of Streptomyces in actinomycetes. It has good potential and prospect in the biological control of the disease.
