本文叙述了由高碳混合脂肪酮(C_(15)~C_(19)以下简称混合酮或酮)合成具有仲碳原子的仲胺萃取剂[代号“7201”萃取剂,结构式为(R_2CH)_2NH]的工艺方法及其条件。在不同类型的反应器中,分别进行常压液相及加压液相反应试验。认为由酮与伯胺经一步或两步反应制备仲胺或由酮常压还原性胺化一步反应制备仲胺都可得到较好的结果。 本合成方法设备流程简单、反应周期短、有利于实现工业化生产。
This paper describes the synthesis of a secondary amine extractant with a secondary carbon atom from a high carbon mixed aliphatic ketone (C_ (15) ~ C_ (19) for short below) [codename: “7201” extractant with the formula of (R_2CH) _2NH ] Of the process and conditions. In different types of reactors, respectively, the normal pressure liquid and pressurized liquid phase reaction test. It is considered that the secondary amine can be obtained from the reaction of the ketone with the primary amine in one or two steps or the secondary amine can be obtained by one-step reductive amination of the ketone under normal pressure. The synthesis method has the advantages of simple equipment flow and short reaction period, which is beneficial to industrialized production.
