目的分析关黄柏萃取物的化学成分并考察其体外抗氧化活性。方法采用超临界CO2萃取技术获得关黄柏萃取物,应用GC-MS分析其主要化学成分。利用邻苯三酚自氧化体系,考察萃取物对超氧自由基的清除能力。结果关黄柏萃取物得率为4.68%,主要有1,5-二甲基-1,5-环辛二烯(9.55%)、顺-1-醋酸基-7-癸烯(7.44%)、反,反-2,4-癸二烯醛(7.28%)等30个成分。该萃取物对超氧自由基有一定的清除作用,其IC50值为1.44 g·L-1。结论关黄柏超临界CO2萃取物的化学成分种类多,且有一定的抗氧化活性。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the extract of Cortex Phellodendri and investigate its anti-oxidative activity in vitro. Methods The extracts of Cortex Phellodendri were extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction and the main chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS. Pyrogallol autoxidation system was used to investigate the ability of extracts to scavenge superoxide radicals. Results The yield of C. cork extract was 4.68%, mainly including 1,5-dimethyl-1,5-cyclooctadiene (9.55%), cis-1-acetoxy- Anti-trans-2,4-decadienal (7.28%) and other 30 ingredients. The extract of superoxide radical scavenging effect, the IC50 value of 1.44 g · L-1. Conclusion There are many chemical constituents in the supercritical carbon dioxide extract of Cortex Phellodendri and its anti-oxidative activity.
