1山西省一、山西省水利建设概况与2011年目标山西之短在于水,水资源严重短缺是制约全省经济社会可持续发展的一个重大瓶颈。因此,必须把包括水源工程在内的水利基础设施建设作为一项基础性的重大工作来抓。
1 Shanxi Province I. Overview of Water Conservancy Construction in Shanxi Province and Targets for 2011 The short period of water and water resources in Shanxi Province is a major bottleneck restricting the sustainable economic and social development of the province. Therefore, the construction of water conservancy infrastructure including water source project must be taken as a basic and important task.
