法治教育在高职院校人才培养中发挥着保护、激励、威慑、规制和信仰功能,这些功能的发挥有赖于高职院校法制教育选择合理有效的路径。高职院校应通过学科教学渗透与专题教育相结合、课外活动与主题活动有机融合、开办法治教育专题网站、营造法治教育文化氛围、利用社会资源营造教育合力等路径推进法治教育。
The rule of law education plays a protective, stimulating, deterrent, regulating and believing function in the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges. The exertion of these functions depends on the reasonable and effective choice of legal education in higher vocational colleges. The higher vocational colleges should promote the teaching of the rule of law through the combination of subject teaching permeation and special education, the organic integration of extracurricular activities and thematic activities, the establishment of the special website of the rule of law education, the establishment of a culture of legal education culture, and the utilization of social resources to create education forces.
