采用常压脱己烷、减压脱轻、减压脱重组分三步精馏法有效地从乙叉降冰片烯(ENB)残液中回收ENB产品,和目前ENB回收工艺相比,解决了ENB回收过程中产生大量废水且回收产品纯度低的问题,回收后ENB的质量分数达到99.5%以上,且整个回收过程中未产生废水,达到了清洁生产的目的,具有非常好的应用前景.“,”ENB products were recovered from (ENB) residue by 3 steps rectification methed,namely atmospheric hexane removal,removal of light components by pressure reduction,removal of recombinant fraction by pressure reduction.Compared with the curreht ENB recovery process,this technology can solve the problems of a large amount of waste water produced in the process of ENB recovery and the less purity of the product.The quality fraction of ENB after recovery is up to 99.5%,The waste water is not produced in the whole recovery process,and the utility model achieves the goal of cleaner production,and has a very good application prospect.
