草菇一般是以稻草作培养料,而北方(特别是高寒地区)稻草很少,甚至连玉米秸、麦秸也很缺乏,而糜黍秸却很多。为此,我们进行了糜黍秸栽草菇试验,收到了较好的效果,播种后半个月就可采菇,生物学效率可达25％。仅我们原平县沙滩乡的一个村,利用糜黍秸栽培草菇,一年就增收75000元。现将其具体做法介绍如下:
