三、业务工序明确化(一)单一过程的明确化。对各个业务的展开、分析,可用工序流程的标记方式,排序并标明业务办理的推进流程。过程分析的方法,应包括工业工程(IE)领域的工程分析、箭头图法(ADM)、计划评审技术(PERT)、过程决策程序图(PDPC)和业务流程。工序的流程,可以通过工序记号和箭头记述。例如,上期连载的表1中“原料成形”业务,可以用工序流程表示(见图1)。(二)各流程输入、输出的明确化。
