本文报告采用世界卫生组织的统一调查表对长沙市居民神经系统疾病流行病学调查的结果。几种主要疾病的时点患病率(/10万人口)分别为:完全性卒中846、癲痫418、偏头痛464、发热惊厥364、脑外伤1101、锥体外系统疾病91、中枢神经系统肿瘤36等。并分别计算了发病率、死亡率、年龄调整率(中国调整率及世界调整率)。对3种疾病的病例——对照研究的结果进行分析,并讨论了其危险因素。
This article reports the results of an epidemiological investigation of the nervous system diseases in Changsha residents using the World Health Organization’s Unified Questionnaire. The prevalence of several major diseases at a time point (/ 100,000 population) were: total stroke 846, epilepsy 418, migraine 464, febrile seizures 364, traumatic brain injury 1101, extra-pyramidal system diseases 91, central nervous system tumors 36 and so on. The morbidity, mortality, age adjustment rate (China adjustment rate and world adjustment rate) were calculated respectively. The results of the case-control studies of the three diseases were analyzed and their risk factors were discussed.
