本文采用EDTA滴定法和评价标准,对新疆石河子地区366名年龄范围在20～32岁之间,孕期在37～42周之间的正常产妇进行了初乳乳钙的检测与分析。结果表明:本地区产妇初乳平均乳钙含量((?)±s)为7.65±1.95mmol/L(30.6±7.8mg/dl)。高于7.5mmol/L(30mg/dl)以上的人数有191名,其乳钙平均含量为9.2±0.913mmol/L(36.8±3.65mg/dl),占检测总数的52.2％(191/366)。其中低于7.5mmol/L以下者有
In this paper, EDTA titration and evaluation criteria were used to detect and analyze milk calcium in colostrum of 366 normal maternal age ranged from 20 to 32 years and 37 to 42 weeks during pregnancy in Shihezi region, Xinjiang. The results showed that the average milk calcium content (± s) of maternal colostrum in this area was 7.65 ± 1.95mmol / L (30.6 ± 7.8mg / dl). 191 were above 7.5 mmol / L (30 mg / dl), with an average milk protein content of 9.2 ± 0.913 mmol / L (36.8 ± 3.65 mg / dl), accounting for 52.2% (191/366) of the total number of tests .
