目的了解成都市新都区公共游泳池水质卫生状况,为疾病防控提供背景资料。方法按照《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》(GB/T18204-2000)对2009-2012年新都区公共游泳池水样453份进行检验,依据《游泳场所卫生标准》(GB9667-1996)进行评价分析。结果水质总体合格率为72.19%,各年合格率分别为76.58%、64.04%、75.19%和70.83%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.71,P>0.1)。小区、专营和酒店3种类型公共游泳池总体合格率分别为82.76%、74.23%和58.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.29,P<0.01)。不合格项目以尿素最低为76.60%,其次是游离性余氯、细菌总数和大肠菌群。结论新都区公共游泳池水质卫生状况不容乐观,应加强监督管理,以保障游泳者身体健康。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of public swimming pool in Xindu District of Chengdu and provide background information for disease prevention and control. Methods 453 samples of public swimming pool in Xindu District from 2009 to 2012 were tested in accordance with GB / T 18204-2000, and the evaluation was conducted according to the hygiene standards for swimming pools (GB9667-1996). Results The overall qualified rate of water quality was 72.19%. The pass rates of each year were 76.58%, 64.04%, 75.19% and 70.83% respectively, with no significant difference (χ2 = 4.71, P> 0.1). The overall pass rates of three types of public swimming pools in communities, franchises and hotels were 82.76%, 74.23% and 58.49%, respectively, with significant differences (χ2 = 15.29, P <0.01). Unqualified project to a minimum of 76.60% urea, followed by free residual chlorine, the total number of bacteria and coliform bacteria. Conclusion The water quality of public swimming pool in Xindu District is not optimistic. The supervision and management should be strengthened so as to ensure the health of swimmers.
