目的整合鼠类及其相关传染病监测体系,探索综合监测模式,分析其可行性。方法成立执行办公室,协调病媒生物防制所、传染病防制所、微生物检验所等相关科室,统筹安排工作。通过流行病学调查获得人间疫情的相关信息,采用鼠夹法调查鼠密度变化,采用鼠笼法捕获鼠类并进行病原学检测。结果 2010年1-11月龙游县报告钩端螺旋体(钩体)病1例,发病率为0.25/10万。共布放鼠夹2117夹次,捕鼠52只,平均鼠密度为2.46%。鼠疫病原学及血清学检测结果为阴性;汉坦病毒抗原阳性率为4.00%,抗体阳性率为2.67%;钩体培养结果为阴性。结论龙游县鼠及鼠传疾病综合监测基本可行,建议加强鼠类及鼠传疾病综合监测的研究工作。
Objective To integrate the surveillance system of rodent and related infectious diseases, explore the integrated monitoring mode and analyze its feasibility. Methods An executive office was set up to coordinate the relevant departments such as vector control center, infectious disease prevention and control station, and microorganism testing institute, to make overall arrangements for the work. Epidemiological surveys were used to get information about human epidemics. The changes of rat density were investigated by the mouse clamp method. The murine cage was captured by the squirrel cage method and the etiology was tested. Results From January to November 2010, a case of Leptospira (Leptospira) disease was reported in Longyou County with a prevalence of 0.25 / 100000. A total of 2117 clips were placed on the mouse clip and 52 mice were captured, with an average mouse density of 2.46%. The plague etiology and serology results were negative; the positive rate of Hantavirus antigen was 4.00%, the positive rate of antibody was 2.67%; the hook body culture result was negative. Conclusion Longyou county rats and rodent disease integrated monitoring is basically feasible, it is recommended to strengthen the comprehensive monitoring of rodents and rodents disease research.
