中国人民银行2008年3月19日发布《2007年国际金融市场报告》认为未来油价与贵金属价格高的局面仍将持续。《报告》指出,2007年发达经济体产出增长放缓,新兴市场和发展中经济体产出保持快速增长。
People’s Bank of China March 19, 2008 release “2007 International Financial Market Report” that the future prices of oil and precious metals will continue the high prices. The “Report” pointed out that the output growth of the developed economies slowed down in 2007 and output in emerging markets and developing economies maintained rapid growth.
