目的用唾液腺动态显像定量分析方法评价唾液腺的摄取与排泄功能。方法用2种唾液腺定量分析软件,对30例正常人和20例干燥综合征患者的唾液腺功能进行分析,计算唾液腺15min摄取率和30min排泄率。结果正常人腮腺和颌下腺摄取率分别为(026±009)%和(015±008)%,而干燥综合征患者为(007±003)%和(005±004)%,两者比较差异有极显著意义,t值分别为53和41,P均<001。不同定量方法评价唾液腺摄取功能的结果间呈显著正相关(r=085)。结论动态显像定量分析方法简单实用,能灵敏、可靠地评价唾液腺功能,有较重要的临床意义。
Objective To evaluate the uptake and excretion of salivary glands by quantitative analysis of salivary gland dynamic imaging. Methods Two kinds of salivary gland quantitative analysis software were used to analyze the function of salivary gland in 30 normal subjects and 20 patients with Sjogren's syndrome. The salivary gland 15min uptake rate and 30min excretion rate were calculated. Results The uptake rates of the parotid gland and submandibular gland were (026 ± 009)% and (015 ± 008)% respectively in patients with Sjogren's syndrome and (00 ± 003)% and 0 05 ± 0 04)%, the difference between the two has a very significant significance, t values were 5 3 and 4 1, P <0 01. Significant positive correlation was found between the results of different quantitative methods in evaluating salivary gland uptake (r = 085). Conclusion Quantitative dynamic imaging method is simple and practical, can be sensitive and reliable evaluation of salivary gland function, have more important clinical significance.
