为研究黄芩有效成分的含量与配比方式在地区间的分异规律,并得出中国野生黄芩的主要分布类型,本研究在全国实地采样,用HPLC分析了35个样地共353份野生黄芩样本的4种主要有效成分的含量,并以测得的4种主要有效成分的含量与配比方式为指标,应用聚类分析和方差分析,对我国野生黄芩进行对比分析和分类研究。结果显示:①黄芩有效成分的含量与生长环境有密切关系,我国野生黄芩的主要有效成分含量存在地域差异,地理环境接近的区域生长的黄芩质量比较相似;②就黄芩的主要有效成分而言,我国的野生黄芩可分为二大类,其中C1型黄芩的有效成分含量低,主要分布在冀北山地、辽东低山丘陵、内蒙古地区和东北地区,C2型黄芩的有效成分含量高,主要分布区包括黄土高原区和西辽河平原。本文研究成果可为今后选用不同地区的黄芩药材提供依据。
In order to study the rules of the content of the active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis and its distribution pattern in different regions and to find out the main distribution types of Scutellaria baicalensis in China, this study was field sampled in China. 353 wild Scutellaria baicalensis The contents of four main active ingredients of the samples were determined. The contents of four main active ingredients and the ratio of the four main active ingredients were measured as indexes. The comparative analysis and classification of wild Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were carried out by cluster analysis and analysis of variance. The results showed that: (1) The content of active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis is closely related to the growth environment. The main effective components of Scutellaria baicalensis lie in different regions in China and the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis which grown close to the geographical environment is similar. (2) For the main active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis, The wild Scutellaria baicalensis in China can be divided into two major categories, of which Scutellaria baicalensis has the lower active ingredients, mainly distributed in the northern Hebei, Liaodong hilly region, Inner Mongolia and northeast China. The district includes the Loess Plateau and the West Liaohe Plain. The research results of this paper can provide the basis for selecting Radix Scutellariae in different areas in the future.
