通过金相及扫描电镜观察等分析手段,研究了加热温度及保温时间对2种高碳钢盘条(82B和87B)氧化和脱碳行为的影响,结果表明:随加热温度的升高(800~1 150℃),82B和87B的氧化失重率增长速度呈慢—快—慢的趋势;82B的总脱碳层深度先减小至零后又快速增加,87B总脱碳层深度呈抛物线增长规律;1 050℃保温10~80min范围内,随时间的延长,氧化失重率增加,但87B的增长速度要快于82B;总脱碳层深度也随保温时间的延长逐渐增大,长时间保温时,82B和87B的变化趋势几乎一致。通过扫描电镜观察并结合相关理论与报道,分析和讨论了2种高碳钢的氧化脱碳行为。
The effects of heating temperature and holding time on the oxidation and decarburization behavior of two kinds of high carbon steel wire rod (82B and 87B) were investigated by means of metallographic and scanning electron microscope observation. The results showed that with the increase of heating temperature (800 ~ 1 150 ℃), the growth rate of 82B and 87B showed a slow-fast-slow trend. The total decarburization depth of 82B first decreased to zero and then rapidly increased, and the depth of 87B total decarburization increased parabolically The rate of oxidative weight loss increased with the extension of time, but the growth rate of 87B was faster than that of 82B; the depth of total decarburization gradually increased with the prolongation of holding time, When, 82B and 87B trends are almost the same. Through the observation by scanning electron microscopy combined with related theories and reports, the oxidative decarbonization of two kinds of high carbon steels was analyzed and discussed.
