内部控制是企业的重要管理手段之一,建立并完善企业的内部控制制度是建立现代企业制度的关键所在。完善内部控制制度,已经成为我国企业当前的重要任务,也成为我国企业普遍关注的问题之一。市场经济条件下,企业经营环境的变化以及管理思想的发展,加之近年来由于内部控制不力发生的一些恶性事件,都要求企业要完善内部控制。
Internal control is one of the important management tools of an enterprise. Establishing and perfecting the internal control system of an enterprise is the key to establishing a modern enterprise system. Perfecting the internal control system has become an important task nowadays for our country’s enterprises and has also become one of the problems that are commonly noticed by Chinese enterprises. Under the condition of market economy, the changes of business environment and the development of management thoughts, coupled with some vicious incidents in recent years due to the weak internal control, require enterprises to improve internal control.
