目的:为排除靛玉红或其它组分的干扰。建立中成药青龙散的质控方法。方法:利用一阶导数光谱法对青龙散中靛蓝的含量进行测定。结果:平均回收率为99.63％,RSD为±0.18％。结论:本法准确、稳定、测定结果可靠。
Purpose: To eliminate interference with indirubin or other components. Establish a quality control method for the Chinese patent medicine Qinglongsan. Methods: The content of indigo in Qinglong powder was determined by first-order derivative spectroscopy. Results: The average recovery was 99.63% with an RSD of ±0.18%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, stable and reliable.
