[目的 ]探讨缺乏实验室资料食物中毒的诊断方法。[方法 ]运用流行病学调查及统计分析方法 ,结合临床表现等资料作分析。 [结果 ]发病时间的流行曲线显示是一次共同来源的污染引起中毒 ;有共同进餐史、群体发病及症状体征相似等食物中毒的特点 ;进餐者罹患率显著高于未进餐者 ;进餐时吃香酥鸭与中毒有统计学联系 ,其相对危险度 OR=33.3,且食用量与中毒之间存在剂量一反应关系。 [结论 ]本起事故是吃香酥鸭引起的食物中毒
[Objective] To discuss the method of diagnosing food poisoning without laboratory data. [Methods] Using epidemiological survey and statistical analysis methods, combined with clinical manifestations and other data for analysis. [Result] The epidemic curve of onset time showed that it was a common source pollution caused by poisoning. There were characteristics of food poisoning such as common meal history, group incidence and similar signs and symptoms; attack rate of diner was significantly higher than that of non-diner; Duck and poisoning were statistically related to the relative risk of OR = 33.3, and there is dose-response relationship between consumption and poisoning. [Conclusion] The accident was caused by eating crispy duck food poisoning
